Golf Courses
Drones are used in golf course management for weed detection, mapping unhealthy grass, videography, and creating digital elevation models (DEMs) and digital surface models (DSMs). Sensors such as multispectral cameras or thermal cameras are used to capture images or video of the course, which are then analyzed using specialized software or used to create detailed maps of the terrain. These tools allow course managers to efficiently and effectively detect and control weeds, map unhealthy grass, capture high-quality video and imagery, and create detailed maps of the course.
